I served with Quinny at Laarbruch, he was a Sgt and I was SAC/A Cpl.
Always there for advice, if you got it wrong he told you but in such a way that you knew he was helping.
A great guy to serve with my condolences to his Family at their sad loss.

Quin has obviously left such an impression on so many people. I for one won't forget his laughter and the touching words he said to me at Tony's wedding along with probably the biggest hug I have ever had!! One of life's good guys and the world is a poorer place without him. He will be remembered. Walks

I worked with Pat in the Falklands in 1990 and for me he was one of the best fsgts I had.His ritual greeting of the tri-star when it came in was something I will never forget and as one of the other contributors said I will never forget how supportive he was of his men, particularly his JNCO's.RIP Pat- it was a pleasure to have known you for those short four months!
