I only worked with Pat once: it was in the Falklands in 1990. I remember a guy with great honesty and integrity who said it like it was and stuck up for the lads: a rare and missed commodity amongst SNCOs. As an aside, I also served with his son, Tony (Quiny) who appears to have inherited his Dad's values (despite being a "Rock"!). Condolences to Pat's family. Neil Richards - ex RAFP
